Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of amenities and superb food! The site was attractive and well-managed. I have never experienced a better atmosphere on a campsite in France. We had an excellent time and hope to return soon.

Fabulous location, campsite well set out, very welcoming staff, will defintely return!

pool was too cold - website said heated pool so expected it to be warmer. Few more provisions in shop would be better - fresh fruit and vegetables

Friendly staff and efficient repairs of minor problem.

It was rather crowded and sometimes noisy but we understand that this is always the situation at the time of year that we stayed with you.

Excellent for the kids. Region is fantastic.

Thursday night was quite loud very late. A little more variety in the snack menu.

The accommodation in the chateau was fantastic. The pool was brilliant - the 25m length of it meant that it was good for morning swim training as well as for kids during the day.

There wasn't anything I disliked really, the only thing that might have been improved was the fact that there was no door on the bathroom in our room. We would have been more comfortable if there was.

The site needs to better signposted from Nontron. It was not at all easy to find.

The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpfull, the site was beautiful, well serviced and peacefull. We were even given directions to a Vignoble in Bergerac which was excellent, well recommended!

Nothing everthing was great and we had a perfect holiday.

A fantastic campsite in a super location. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent.

friendly atmosphere, great for children up to teenage years, the facilities are good, (very clean), well maintained, location, close to many attractions, weather generally very good.

Food in cafe area could be updated, more healthy choices made avialable. Nothing else. I will be returning next year and am always recommending you to my family, friends and work colleagues.
